Return and Cancellation Policy

At Abadstore, we want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy below to understand how we handle product returns and order cancellations.
1. Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
Eligibility for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components will not be eligible for a return.
Non-returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or other reasons (e.g., perishable goods, custom products, digital downloads). Please review the product page for specific return exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer support team at support@abadstore.com or call 9136134303 within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
We will issue you a return authorization and provide instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within [5β7 business days].
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Hereβs how our cancellation process works:
Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at abadaszofficial@gmail.com or call 9871358065 with your order number and cancellation request.
Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Exceptions:
Orders that have already been shipped or processed beyond the 24-hour window cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order is damaged/wrong/ has accessories missing on delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.
You can visit contact 9136134303 or email us at support@abadstore.com. We will need your order ID and a few images of the product to process the replacement or initiate a refund.
Attention: If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.
Attention regarding wrong product received: If the product is completely different, it will be considered as wrong product. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, color or Size quality.
Open Box Delivery is also available for Abadstore. When you receive the product, make sure you take pictures of it items and Box.
